In Louisiana? Hell, yeah! And I'm pretty sure they ain't using Tabasco or Zatarains Boil.
Serg, last week I stopped and picked up some local seasoning (about 8 lbs) that is used for crawfish, shrimp, crab, anything you want at Capt. Sid's in Metarie. Eight pounds for less than $13. It will last me a couple years. One of these days I'll remember to bring some with me when we get together. It is more seasoning than heat so don't know if it will satisfy your palate.;)
