For those interested, I received a reply from NFHS stating:
"Yes the forum will return. An issue arose with a transition to our new server.

Does that mean not reporting with the auto report tool and saying "more spam", or just not commenting on the perps?

In this forum (and in all but General, Baseball, Basketball, Testing), you can, and should, report the posts -- I don't read those other forums.

Just don't comment on the post. I'll remove it when I'm able.
