Home run limit?

I saw a men's slpw-pitch softball game on TV the other day. They had a rule that limited a team's home runs to ten total. Subsequent home runs were an out.

What rules were they using? Is there a rule book I can get a hold of for this type of game?

Does the rule apply to inside-the-park home runs? Would the batter need to stop at third to avoid making it a home run?

There is a rule book, but only available to umpires and teams which register ASA.

No, that would be ludicrous.

and if it goes off a fielder's glove and over the fence it's a four base award, not a home run.

Good add. :D Thanks, but you forgot one thing. Not just the glove, but any part of the fielder (Jose Canseco's head comes to mind) before it touches the ground, fence or any other item/structure it is a four base award that does not count towards the HR allowance.
