ATTN NDBlue

Last year you asked if any umpires might be interested in umpiring at the annual Sam McQuade tourney....

Last night I got thinking about when it was and Googled it; turn out it's Jun. 25-27.

The reason for my post is that I would like to find out how to go about getting involved and would REALLY appreciate knowing that I'm in ASAP so I can try to get cheap airfare and accommodations in Bismarck.

Please get back to me at your soonest convenience. My email address is [email protected]

Thomas;

for some reason I am not receiving the e-mail from you. Could you resend it and possibly PM me the info so I can get going on this?

Thanks,
Greg

I don't know why you're not getting the emails I've been sending. I've sent them to both email addresses you gave me. I'll send a PM.

Info you needed sent to you via PM.

So, does that mean that this thread has now served its purpose?

JefferMC Wed Mar 10, 2010 04:45pm

I don't know. We could harangue both of them for not just using IM in the first place.

Well, considering I am no longer a SP umpire, I don't know how advisable that would be!

Just started a fast pitch division last year.

:)Not necessarily - but if it's bothering you....you can STOP READING IT!!!!!

Matter-of-fact; since you're not NDBlue - WHY ARE YOU READING IT???;)

NDblue Sun Mar 14, 2010 11:58pm

When I talked to him, he seemed like he would be happy to have you. He's pretty good about returning calls but it wouldn't hurt to call him again. The best time to call would be during the evening hours. You're 2 hours behind us so make sure you take that into consideration.

Really?? PM me with info, please. I remember having fun at this tournament back when I first started umpiring in Minot in the late 80's early 90's. I really enjoyed it! I would love to go back and umpire again, but not til next year, unfortunately. BTW, is Larry Wolf still around?

Serg

NDblue Mon Mar 15, 2010 09:03pm

Don't know a Larry Wolf but there is a Mike Wolf.

Let me know next year if you're able to and I'll get you hooked up as well. I'll still be around.
