Can someone point me to a document or literature that shows the differences in rules between ASA, Fed, and NCAA? At one time there was something on Cactus, but they have taken down that site because of the SUIP site.

The link on CactusUmpires was to contact John Bennett, an umpire in Southern California, who had put together an exhaustive list of the rules differences himself. I don't even know if he is still doing that since ASA started publishing this list each year.

John put out his 2010 list about mid-January. As always, it's a great resource for those of us who call multiple codes.
