Umpire Manual
 

i been reading about an "Umpire Manual" for years now. I assume this is a different "manual" from the Official Rule Book---that being the case, where do I get one?

Speaking ASA, it is part of the rule book.

NFHS - separate book, about same size as rule and case books.
NCAA - I guess the CCA book.

All bodies - training and application as taught by your UIC.
