I didn't say any were. Steve noted that those who hustle will get the benefit of any doubt, not that the umpire thinks they are God.

Defense may be ready to go in 15-20 seconds but this does not mean the offense has to put a batter in there in that time frame.

Now if I am mistaken, it will get cleared up.

Offense gets its minute and as a ump you should ensure this is followed also.

Correct? thoughts?

My understanding is that F1 has up to 60 seconds to throw five warm up pitches. If F1 is ready in less than 60 seconds and the defense is in position to play, we can order a batter to enter the batter's box.

Speaking ASA

They do at the beginning of their defensive half of that inning (6FP.9) By rule, the new inning starts immediately upon the execution of the third out of the previous half-inning (1.Inning)

In many cases, the pitcher isn't even in the circle by the time a third of the allotted minute has expired.
