What is the call?
 
My apologies if this question has been posted before.

Runner on 2B.

Batter swings at pitch and Runner on 2B attempts to steal 3rd. Catcher draws up and fires throw toward third base striking the batter with the ball.

What call if any do you have?

It is a DMC unless the batter commited an act of interference. Not moving out of the way is not an act of interference.
