Unpire evaluations
Our HS softball umpire association, is considering appointing an evaluator, to evaluate each official, during the regular season. The results of the evaluation, will be used to determine a portion of our overall umpire ratings, and final season ranking. Would anyone please share with me, the evaluation form/report, that your association uses. I would like to review your report, and possible use portions for our associations evaluation report.:)

Our evaluations are all done on an online managment system. Then the evaluated umps have online access to their own file and the UICs have access to all evaluations because they are stored online. I'll track you down a hard copy and get it to you for download. Its a decent format and paterned after a local college assoc eval they use.

Evaluation forms
Thank U Wadeintothem & LT. I would like to see what your group uses. I did find 5 - 6 on the internet too. I thought (that could be dangerous) that someone had been evaluating for some time, had made changes to their method/forms, and they would not mind sharing their work.
