Thanks for the ISF Rule. No doubt that was obstruction.
How about the, "yes she did" without checking with his partner. That is a quick call mechanic. You don't wait until after the catcher is pointing and asking. Once she does stop and go to your partner. Got to love what the Aus coach said about the PU playing to the camera. Maybe this was a make up call
