IQ in TV booth

OK, who has a higher IQ, the folks in the booth for the WCWS, or...my 17-month-old granddaughter? WCWS or...my cat? WCWS or...my dog?

If you answered WCWS to any of those, then what the %$#@ are you doing on an umpire message board?

Is that the average ... or the total?

I liked the "new rule in softball" that the umpire is not required to give the batter time whenever she asks.

I like the ball was "at the knee, but she didn't get the call (strike)".

Kearny, Keith, doing good job. Missed one at 2nd. I would have given the
one at 1st on double play for effort.

umm.. did I just hear from Mr. Kruk....

"The 2 and 0 pitch down in the dirt and you swing looking for anything and strike out."

I'm thinking we need them on the rules committee cuz I like that.

The DP was a ham and egger. I eat that one for breakfeast.

Out every day all day every league...

And thats exactly what I'll tell a coach on that.. "Thats ham and eggs all day brother, you aint gettin that one."

Then they walk away confused but quiet... not wanting to admit they dont know wtf I'm talking about

Ive been working on that and even called an IP last week.

Pitcher lagging..batter asks for time "to take control" - "Play" I say ... I'm waiting.

IP.. ball.

I like the new rule its not a full IP with advancing the runner. Very useful.

Shaped that pitcher right up. ANd after a few "Play"s, batters quit asking.

Mendoza and Kruk

What's with these two playing with a ball? Same thing last night. If this is a product placement deal, someone better get them to show the logo

The first two games on Thursday the announcer kept saying "Baseball". I thought that was crappy.

I haven't been watching lately (obviously) but they brought John Kruk back? Was this based upon his stellar perfromance during last year's WCWS?

Wade...that coach isn't going to be the only one that has absolutely no freakin' clue about what you're talking about.
