I noticed the crew in the Big XII championship game were wearing the black shirts as well.

Yes indeed.. a new day is dawning across the land. I bet it has to do with..
TV!

They look good and thats important for our sport & TV.

Now if they start wearing plate coats....

I don't do enough baseball in cold weather to justify it now, but a plate coat is something I would be all too happy to save up for once softball comes around on it.

Don't think Seth realizes that when wearing a coat, one needs to wear a tie . Oh, and that cute little beanie!!

Nah, he posted the Norman Rockwell painting of the three umpires standing in the rain.

I'm pretty sure you can wear a plate coat without the beanie, bowtie or long sleeved white shirt though.

I kinda like the uniform in the pic... raft and all. Go call a game and attend a funeral all in the same outfit. love it.
