Pitcher's Feet

Is it still correct that NSA and ASA both require that both feet must be in contact with putcher's plate at start of pitch, but KHSAA, Fed, states only one foot be in contact? Saw a KHSAA game the other day where the umpire was requiring both feet.

Unless they adopted more stringent pitching rule than NFHS, only the pivot foot must be on the PP.

Do I recall seeing a link here that compares differences between rules of the various organizations?

I would guess Fed.

If so, The non pivot foot may be on or behind the pitching plate but within the 24 inch width of the plate
