Well, you can say a lot of things about them, but inefficient isn't one of them.

Placed an order with them today at 1:39. At 4:50 I received notification from UPS that my package would be delivered on Monday.

Not too bad.

For a small operation catering to a customer base that has nothing inherently to do with technology...

Definitely!

Placed three orders with two vendors on Tuesday, all due today.

So last night I ordered some last minute items for nats - around 11pm PST

I called this morning at 7 am PST because I wanted to change my shipping method.

Everything had already shipped.

So I couldnt change anything, but thats an amazing turn around time.

Kudos to ASA on continuing their great Customer Service.

I placed a pretty sizable order (4 pairs of pants, belt, hat and shoes) early Wednesday morning, and I had the tracking number later that day. I love their turnaround time!

Though $300+ was a bit painful...

It seems we all ordered stuff at the same time. I ordered on Thursday; I phoned as I wanted to make sure I received everything by Monday (as I fly to CA on Tuesday). I paid for two day shipping, it arrived yesterday evening!! Unfortunately, to my old address, which I did make a point of changing with the lady on the phone.

They don't call you slick for nothing! Did you get your stuff?
