Why did ASA cut out Umpire rule book?

We all know the only ones that read the rulebook (or know it for that matter

)
are the Umpires. What was the reason for stopping the Umpires edition? Was it to save money?I really feel they need to rethink this and bring the Umpire's edition back in 2010. Regardless I re-read the rule book several times during the year and miss the material that the umpires edition gave me. What is your opinion?

I received an Umpire Manual/Umpire Edition of the 2009 ASA rule book when I registered with my local state association.

Mine says 2009 Umpire Manual right there on it.
