Here's one...
HS JV game, bottom of fifth inning, home team ahead 11-2. Mercy rule is 10 runs after 5 innnings. I'm PU.
First batter hits a double, goes to third on a passed ball and comes home on a ground out (1st out of the inning) by B2. The only problem was...she stepped right over home plate without touching it! Visiting team made no indication that they were going to appeal or that they even saw R1 miss home. I will tell you what I did later. What would you do?
