We would (like Roger) be required to "report" a uniform violation........but not take any action.

Jewelry (which is a safety issue) is treated differently than a team which is improperly uniformed.

Since coaches and administrators have more say-so on NFHS rules........they are the ones who should be held accountable.........NOT officials.
