What is up with the plate umpire holding up play on every pitch, standing in between and sometimes in front of the catcher. I have yet to see an official strike signal, looks like either location signals or safe signals I am not sure which.
This is why it is ridiculous for people to hammer ASA on standard uniform signals and mechanics.
