Clever Play

I preparation for the tournament tomorrow I've been reviewing the D3K rule. This situation came mind.

1 out;
R1 on 3rd;
R2 on 1st;
D3K;
BR (who is now out) bolts for first;
R2 takes off for 2nd;
F2 throws to either 2nd or 1st;
R1 goes for home and scores;
Thinking that R2 is heading to 2nd on a force, F4 only tags the bases, not R2;
BR stops at first.

So I think what I am going to do is send the BR to the dugout since she is out anyway. R1 is same at home and scores; R2 is safe at 2nd.

Could interference ever apply to a situation like this, if the BR (and maybe R2) intentionally advanced on the D3K in an attempt to confuse the defense into making a play on the BR or R2 so that R1 can score .. or is it just a clever play?

ASA Rules

Now lets say that the BR knew

Speaking ASA, this is nothing, but a defense that did not know how to handle the situation. This situation is specifically covered in 8.7.P.Note

Even if the batter knows, and how would you know he /she knows, there is no rule that says batter can't run on a D3K with 1st occupied.
