That's an EZ one. ASA rules. Single on first pitch. Double play on second pitch, and appeal for batting out of order. Or batters not taking position within 10 seconds.

Two LEGAL pitches or two pitches total?

Does an intentional walk require 4 pitches or can the BR be sent down without a pitch?

Fast Pitch or Slow Pitch? Tie Breaker rule? Not enough information.
