Congrats to our own Skahtboi who has been selected to work the Texas High School State Tournament.

He has worked very hard to get this achievement and we are very proud of him.

Congrats, Scott. Just returned from my first trip to the FHSAA Finals -- preceded by the Florida JUCO tournament the weekend before. Feels great to get the opportunity! :)

Texas High School softball=overrated....:D

Yeah, yeah. Just because HS don't supply us with beverages, nice changing rooms, and showers doesn't make our softball overrated. :cool:

Thanks. There was a survey posted on here by one of you AZ umpires that asked whether or not this was provided (towels, changing rooms, showers...etc.). Yeah...I pretty much use my van as my changing area, which is why I will own one as long as I umpire.

Its the VERY rare school that will do that for softball.... most of the state Tourn is held at one complex, and theres an umpire room there...but until that point...
