IP's for USA

I'm relatively new to umpiring, so my question is, am I being nit picky to notice that every time ESPN showed the pitchers feet in the USA/OU game it looked like an illegal pitch. Is it not true that Monica Abbott and Jenny Finch were stepping and replanting (crow hop). Cat only pitched 1 inning so they didn't show her as much.

No, but there are things you need to remember. The umpires do not have the same angle as the cameras, they do have more responsibility than the cameraman and at higher level, especially in exhibition games, it is quite possible they were instructed to leave the IP alone unless it was obvious, they could see it on the moon.
