NFHS Rule 4:3:d
Can someone please post this rule, verbatim, for me. It gets mentioned a lot about hastening/delaying a game. Our FP NFHS is in fall so I don't have my rule book with me and don't have the book in digital form. I'm not going to debate the rule, you already know how I feel about it from another post, just want to be able to read it so maybe it will make more sense.

Rule 4 Starting and Ending Game
SECTION 3 FORFEITED GAME ART. 1 . . . A game shall be forfeited to the offended team by the umpire when a team: d. persists in tactics designed to delay or shorten the game.
