If anyone is interested in the 2008 CCA Softball Umpire Manual it is in stock at Ump-Attire.com. It has been out of stock and in back order status on the Referee Magazine website. I ordered mine from Ump Attire on Friday and received it today.:)

Yeah, but they charge two bucks more for it than what I paid. Do they also charge you shipping???

Scott, Yes,they do charge shipping. I didnt want to wait for Ref Mag to get them back in stock. Last check,the back order was at 141 copies.:eek: I want to read it before the beginning of the season starts here in the Northeast.

That is why you order early. I got mine from Referee, with no shipping, within two days of ordering.

Yeah, I did the same. I've had it for a while now and readthrough it about 1.5 times. And, it was referenced a few times with one of the college groups' tests.

Then I must have received one of the last copies that Referee had.

I ordered on Dec 28, did not receive it until Jan 16, but almost everybody I talked to after I ordered told me they were on the backorder list.

Maybe I had good timing, for once......
