Video - Slow Pitch Mechanics & The 1 Ump System
This video is for sale at officialgear.com. Has anybody seen it? If so good or not so good?
The park that I work at has recruited a couple of new guys to finish out the year. (one of them a police officer, +/- 6'-4", 225 lb+, I can't wait until somebody gets in his face. *grin*) They work hard, and are very receptive to constructive critisism. However as park staff, we don't have the resources or man-power to put on a full scale clinic during this time of the year. So I am I am thinking about spending the $20.00 for the video to use as a mid-year teaching device. Your thoughts?

My first thought would be:
"ASA revised the slow pitch plate mechanics in the 2007 umpire manual. This video has been sold for several years. I wonder if the video itself has been updated, or if it is still teaching the old mechanics?"
