Mechanic when calling obstruction

Once OBS is called, I have my left arm straight out and let the play continue, and runners run. When your 'B2' runner is tagged, I would put both hands straight up, call "Dead ball" then probably award B2 3B on the OBS. (I don't know if I can award home based on your description). I do not call B2 out, since they cannot be put out. Once the tag is made, it becomes a dead ball, which is what I call.
