OBS or nothing...

Here's the situation: R1 on 1B, jumps for 2B on the release, F2 throws to F4 and R1's in a pickle between 1B and 2B. There are at least four or five throws (with no misses!) back and forth as the runner heads one way, and then the other.

R1 finally decides she's close enough to 2B to make a dive, and sticks her arms between/by three (yes THREE) pairs of defenders legs and touches the base prior to being tagged, and is called safe. Assuming that one of these players had the ball, that still leaves two players who, to me, seem to be setting themselves up for an obstruction call if she didn't actually touch the bag because they were in the way.

What do y'all think (yes, I'm in the South, from the South and happy to be here).
