World Cup ISF rule

In ISF rules are the pitchers required to start with both feet on the PP? I see the Team USA pitcher is starting with her non pivot foot about 2 inches behind the PP. Earlier in the game one of the pitchers was called for an illegal pitch that the announcer said was for that infraction, but I take what they say with a grain of salt. Dave

The only difference in ISF fastpitch pitching rules and ASA is that the hands must be together a full 2 seconds before separating and starting the pitch; not the one second "touch and go".

Both feet have to be in contact with the plate .
The pitcher has to come to a complete stop for min of two seconds and max of 5 .
Just came backfrom Friendship Series in Australia with 3 girls teams from USA several Australian State sides Australian green and gold sides and a New Zealand team . U17 I think .
The USA pitchers caused me trouble in my timing as the would step onto the mat hands would come together and bang ! pitch would come down .
I tried to get them to hold for 2 secs but I would have ilegal pitched them out of the game so I made an adjustment .

Oh, well. If teams are going to travel to play under ISF rules, they need to learn them.
