Is it another way to say this, that the batter/interferer is out unless the runner is coming home with less than 2 outs?
Which rule sets don't work this way?

WOW, sorry all, I really lost track of that one. :o :o What I was trying to say was:
1) Is my paraphrase of the USSSA rule described by WMB
2) The "don't" does not belong. I guess I started to type one thing and then changed directions. Just ignore the whole thing, unless I re-read the topic and have an intelligent question later.
And yes, I do know the rule in NFHS and PONY. :)
