BTW, there is no such thing as "world softball" -- just ask the IOC. :rolleyes:

The same group if asked to declare the sky blue would required an investigation by a blue ribbon panel, committee scrutinization and a serious chunk of under-the-table payoffs before they could decide on whether a vote is necessary. And if you really need the vote, you better have more money available for the second round.
