Pitcher reentering?
 

This is in a Babe Ruth league. I know a pitcher can be taken out than reenter to pitch again, but can a non starting pitcher be pulled and reenter? Also if the pitcher is removed in the middle of an inning can she come back and pitch again later in the game?

I coached 10U BR and the answer to all of your questions was yes at that time. in the same game but not the same inning. We had a rule that a pitcher could only pitch 10 innings in a 7 day consecutive period
