Talking

Did anyone happen to see the Baseball game with the Mets and the Marlins last night? The umpires screwed up a call so bad that they reversed their call twice, and still got it wrong. I won't get into the details, but it was a little embarrassing for all umpires. But it is good to see that even the pros kick a call no and then. It makes us feel better when we do it.

Didn't see it, but I did read about it on another board. And I actually had a very similar situation in a game this spring. R2 round 3B & starts heding home, R1 rounds 2B & moves to 3B. About that time R2 decides she won't make home & dives back to 3B. Then the ball gets there. F5 tags both runners - both were holding the bag with a hand while laying on the ground. I pointed at R2 and said "This one is SAFE." Then I pointed at R1 and said "This out is OUT." and this little piggy went hahhaha all the way to position C.
