Br's Rights At Orange 1b
 
I am a newbie to ASA Softball. On an infield hit, BR proceeding to 1B towards the orange bag. F3 is awaiting throw from F5 and F3 has foot on orange bag. BR and ball arrive at 1B at same time. Collision occurs; what is the call?

Safe. The fielder was not touching 1st unless it was the fair ground bag/base, not the safety base which is in foul ground and non-existent for fielders with a play from the fair side.
