Bored this weekend and thought of a couple what ifs to try to liven up this forum

What if #1: 1 out R1 on 3rd and R2 on 2nd B3 hits liner to F6 who intentionally drops the ball thinking he might catch R1 or R2 sleeping and they might try to advance

B3 out on an intentionally dropped line drive. Dead ball, no advance by runners.

Speaking ASA and FED........the intentionally dropped ball rule is not in effect without a runner on 1st.........I have nothing. FED 7-4-L and ASA 8-2-J.

Joel of course is correct I have to admitt until this weekend when I was catching up on some reading in the ole rule book I would of called this play incorrectly. It does help to read, reread, reread, reread,........ this dam thing you would think with only 11 rules it would be no problem


Only got 4 nights to call next week. Oh I wonder what I will do on Wednesday night. I guess there is always time for a round of golf.
