If a coach completly takes a player out for being sick in asa local league, that is legal right?

A coach can take out a healthy player, an injured player, a sick player...etc. as long as they have an eligible sub to take their place. Of course, an injured/sick player can also be removed as long as the team isn't already playing shorthanded. Do you care to clarify exactly what it is you are asking?

You are probably playing the "everyone bats, must play 6 consecutive outs" thingy. That would be a local ruling, not ASA. In our fec league the coach can bench/not play a player for disciplinary reasons, but if he pulls one for illness or injury, they are supposed to make up the playing time at the next game. Umpires have no jurisdiction in that area, other than if a player was rendered unconcious, or had parts falling off of them or such.
