This does not pertain to any rules, just curious why there
are rarely any new topic under the softball portion of this web? The posts are good and very informative, but rarely see any new additions on the softball page, only on baseball and baseball and baseball, and etc.

Softball Web Page
I too am disappointed in the lack of new articles posted under softball. It's very hard to justify the cost of membership if you are only a Softball Official.I started reading the baseball articles but right away I am noticing differences in baseball vs softball on the obtruction article for Federation Rules.Is the reason something you can share with all?

Up until this year the Fed softball and baseball obstruction was the same. Fed softball changed the penalty this year, and it now matches the ASA penalty . Roger Greene, Member UT
