Since I am the only local AFA umpire associated with this board, I was ask to post the following:

Because of tournaments this weekend having to be cancelled in the Florida area because of “tropical weather”, Texas AFA has opted to invite those out-of-state teams, seeking a place to play ball, to keep playing AFA and come join part of our AFA Texas State Tournament. We think this will make a more competitive weekend for all teams and give you some new competition!

Good luck to any visitors!

For entering teams, go to http://www.texasafasoftball.com/ and click on AFA State Tournament.

Thank you.
