Scenario:
Top of the 3rd inning, no one on, no one out, 0-0 count. F1 throws a strike. F2 throws the ball to F3. F3 then throws it to F1. ASA FP Rules: 6-7-B says the catcher must return the ball directly to the pitcher... Effect of an illegal pitch. Would you ever call this?
