The slide rule post got me thinking . When I got my DD a new helmet this year with the Rip-it gaurd on it it came with a warning. Do NOT slide head first. I guess if the mask gets caught it could be pretty bad. Does ASA have a rule about equipment used properly? I know this is "looking for boogers" but I was just wondering. To much spare time. Brian

If the brim of a helmet without a mask gets caught it COULD be pretty bad.

Yes, ASA has a rule that equipment must be worn/used in the manner for which it was manufactured.
