runner on first tries baiting catcher to throw ball so runner on third can score (goes about half way to second base)...catcher throws ball to pitcher in the circle and runner tries baiting pitcher to throw ball...partner calls runner out...trying to find rule reference...

ASA 8-7-T NFHS 8-7 both look back rules almost the same.
