With R1 on 3rd and 2 outs, the batter swings and misses a 2-2 pitch that the catcher fails to catch. The ball rolls to the fence and R1 scores. As the catcher overthows first base, the batter enters her dugout and is ruled "out". Does the run score? Would the run score if the catcher throws out the batter after R1 reaches home?
