I don't think he's looking to cheat. I think he's looking for something to review or teach rookies, or some other legitimate reason. He's asking for last year's test, not this year's. Plus, you're right, he's on the wrong board, but maybe hoping someone who pulls double duty in baseball and softball might see his message.
