Suppose ASA bans the "Blasto Killer Mark VI" bat, and then somebody gets one professionally repainted so that it looks exactly like the "Milquetoast Marshmallow Model 1," which is on ASA's list of legal bats.
Would this be considered an altered bat? Also, a bat is considered altered if a cone- or flare-shaped grip has been attached to it. But are there any ASA-legal bats that are manufactured with a cone- or flare-shaped handle? |
