Have notified NUS about this years rule book inadvertently omitting Rule 10, Section 9. Makes it kind of hard to reference this question. :)

National Office is being made aware of this. More to follow, I am sure.

You're right. There are two pages missing. Also missing the first part of Section 11 (Scoring).

This is probably a printer error...

Section 11 to what rule? Rule 11, Scoring, never went that high. The last section in Rule 11 should be 10.

As for Section 9 from Rule 10, just found out that this was not an error. ASA deleted this section since Rule 4, Section 8 was practically a duplicate. They just forgot to leave out this reference (R10 S9) from the exam.
