Well, I get out my new 2005 ASA Rules Book, turn to Rule 8.1.B and BAM! there it is! Right there in black and white!

The same damn rule that was there last year with no change reflecting the omission of what happens on an uncaught third strike with two outs and no one on 1B.

Well, guess I'll have to submit this again next year, and this time, will not withdraw upon request. Of course, that doesn't mean they just won't ****can it, but what the hell, the worse they can do is say no.

Calling all coaches.... possibly your last chance to file a protest when a batter runs with two outs and 1B unoccupied! (Good luck!)

Maybe, as FED sometimes does, we will get an editorial
change correcting this. FED needs one on the "not higher
than" crap they started.
