Illegal Pitch - Awards

R1 is on second base and R2 is on first. B3 is batting with a 3-1 count when an illegal pitch is called by the umpire. B3 does not swing and is awarded Ball 4. Do R1 and R2 advance to 3rd and 2nd only OR do they receive a one base award for the illegal pitch PLUS advancing to the next base because of B3s walk?

Bases loaded. Award is ONE base from time of pitch for illegal pitch.
