This is also not true for PONY. As a matter of fact, the only association that I am aware of where an IP is just a ball to the batter (but no advancing of runners) is Little League. Then again, could be wrong on that one.

But not aware of any association where an IP is a no pitch. If you are going to call an IP a no pitch, then why bother with the delayed call?
