Umpire Equipment (ie, chest, knee)

So from what everybody is saying is that it is worth the money to invest in the expensive equipment. Cause it will pay for itself in the end. Right.

I am going to purchase a Diamond Equipment Package ( Diamondy Face Mask, Chest protector, leg guards ) for $149.95

Is that okay. or I can I get better.
