With all due respect, shouldn't you be worrying about finding and learning the correct answers instead of someone giving them to you?

Best advice anyone can give an umpire, study the rules and attend clinics.

Would this be the NFHS test or a special NY test?

NY does not subscribe to NFHS rules;it subscribes (mostly!) to ASA JO rules...HOWEVER, Jay Miner is the NYSSO [New York State Softball Officials] rules interperter, so he throws in a few quirky mechanics-especially on fly ball coverages....
