Anyone have a link to the ASA POE for 2004? Is there a separate one for slow pitch?

As far as I know the only place to read the POE's is in the back of "The Official Rules of Softball," in other words the rule book. You can read the rule changes for 2004 by clicking on this link: http://www.softball.org/umpires/rule_changes.asp

You're correct, Scott. ASA chooses to not put their rules publications on line (rule book, POEs - which as Scott noted are part of the rule book -, and case book). You have to purchase them from your state / metro commissioner or UIC.

Once you register your team with ASA, as the manager you should receive a copy of the rule book & POEs as part of the registration material.
